Shipping & Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. And at the end of the day we want you to be happy with your gorgeous glass goodies.


If you need to return an item, please refer to the information below:
Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To complete your return, you will need to let us know in writing (email or letter) that you wish to return your item. This must be communicated to us within 14 days of purchase. We will acknowledge receipt of your communication.
You will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
The item must be received in its original, ‘as new’ condition, without marks, damage, or wear and tear. We will let you know by email that we have received your returned item.
If you ordered online, you may choose to be refunded with store credit. Please let us know your preferred method by emailing us:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Your returned item should reach us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the date we received written communication from you.

If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to our shop in Clifden. Connemara Blue will cover shipping costs to you of your exchanged item.
If you are returning an item, and the item arrives at Connemara Blue broken, your refund will be cancelled.  
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
